Our Story
In 2020, founder Jack Carlile moved to a new property in Tennessee nestled in the bank of the Cumberland river. Fueled by a mix of pandemic boredom and the fertile floodplain soil, he began growing hot peppers for fun. These peppers then forged hot sauce that quickly became popular among family and friends. The goal of Riverbend Hot Sauce is to bring this sauce to a wider audience while giving back to the ecosystem that built it.
Our Founder
Jack strives to create unique flavors in all of his sauces. When he’s not tending to the hot pepper garden (Jack’s Pepper Patch as he calls it on YouTube), he’s often experimenting with new flavors in the kitchen with his Fiancee Lauren. He also enjoys fly fishing on the nearby Cumberland river and camping with friends.
